What areas do you cover?
All of metro Melbourne, plus Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula. We are based in Bulleen so the eastern and northern suburbs are our home ground, but we run the whole metro area. Send us your postcode and we confirm availability straight away.
How quickly can somebody come out?
We work 7 days and we hold same day capacity, so if you call early there is a genuine chance of being seen that day. Wasp nests near a doorway, bee swarms and dead animals get prioritised, because all three get worse by the hour. Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. Every treatment carries a warranty period, we agree it in writing before we start, and if activity comes back inside it we return and treat again at no cost. What we will not do is pretend a single visit ends a pest problem forever, because it does not.
Is it safe around children and pets?
We plan every job around the household. Baits go in locked stations placed where a rodent runs and a child does not, we tell you the exact time before anyone goes back into a treated room, and where a household makes bait the wrong choice we trap and proof instead. Tell us who and what is at home when you call and we build the treatment around it.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes. Food premises, warehouses, offices, childcare, aged care, medical rooms and strata common property, on scheduled programs with mapped stations, monitoring records and a treatment report every visit. That folder is what your auditor asks for.
Can you do more than one job in the same visit?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper. If you have rats in the roof and a wasp nest under the eaves, say both on the call and we quote it as one attendance rather than two callouts.
